We understand that visiting an Urgent Care can be a bit confusing at times, so we have provided a list of the most frequently asked questions that our patients have regarding our office and services.

Is your office available for walk-ins or do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are not required. We are open 7 days a week Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm. We are even open on holidays, feel free to come at any time that fits your busy schedule.

Can I see one of your physicians even if I currently have a regular doctor that does not have time to see me today?
Yes. We are happy to see you whenever you need medical attention. If you cannot get an appointment with your regular doctor, just come see us and one of our physicians will take care of you.

Do you treat children?
Yes we treat children of all ages, we also do school/sports physicals as well.

Do you accept insurance?
We accept majority of PPO insurance, Medicare, and Monarch HMO, we also accept cash patients as well.

What if I do not have health insurance, can you bill me later?
Because all self-pay fees are due at the time of service, we do not bill patients or grant any credit terms.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit cards.

What if I am visiting from out of town or from a different country?
If you are visiting you will not have to worry because we will take care of you the same as we would one of our local patients. Our physicians can also provide you with a copy of the records from your visit to take back to your regular doctor.

What if I need to see a specialist?
We have a great network of physicians who specialize in different areas of needs so that would not be a problem for us to refer you to good hands, physicians that will take care of you.

Do you perform X-Rays?
Yes we do from chest, torso, upper and lower extremities.

Do you provide medication?
We also carry medications (only antibiotics) at our urgent care so that way you can avoid the long line at the pharmacy.

Do you perform lab tests?
Yes, we regularly perform a number of routine “while you wait“ lab tests on-site for your convenience. We also utilize several top quality labs in the area to perform numerous diagnostic tests as needed for the complete treatment of your condition. In addition, we perform many minor lab tests in-house such as pregnancy tests, drug tests, TB skin tests, flu, mono and strep tests.

Is parking free?
There is plenty of parking here so you will never have to worry, and yes parking is free.
